| "Current Events" is a Blog designed to provide a living account of your Rotary Club's activities. |  |
| "Photos" are taken at all Rotary events by a designated club member and uploaded into the Clubs Picasa Folder. |  |
| "Attendance" allows the Club Secretary access into the District attendance system sponsored by the Dist 6200 Technology Committee. |  |
| "File Folder" contains documents significant to the Club history. Members can make reference to the Club bylaws, the 501(C) (3) registration and other documents of significant importance. |  |
Pinhook Rotary of Lafayette, LA has elected to combine the District 6200 Attendance System with a Google Account to provide a reasonably complete “Electronic Members Only” section. Not only can attendance be update in District accessible database but Club photos become available to all member through it's Picasa Account. Similarly, Club Documents such as by-laws and the annual budget can be safely stored and readily available in a Google Documents folder. The biggest benefit derived from this process is the "Current Events" Blogger.COM Blog which provides a living history of all Club Functions and can be linked to from the static rotary Club Web site making weekly updating both quick and simple.
